Your Next Chapter:

This is a 100% remote, telehealth, per diem role.

We’re currently hiring Staff Therapists to provide virtual counseling services to individuals who are ready to experience real, lasting change. This is a fee-for-service position where you get the flexibility of a group private practice without feeling like you’re alone on an island. As an Independent Contractor, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your schedule—while we take care of the backend details such as:

  • Billing

  • EMR (SimplePractice)

  • Marketing + Referrals

  • Admin Support

  • Cross-Disciplinary Case Collaboration

  • Monthly Peer Consultation + optional Christian Community of Christian Counselors

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Able to provide the practice with at least 10 hours per week

  • Establish an initial treatment plan, course of actions, and set goals with the client

  • Maintain accurate client session attendance on EHR system on the date/time of service

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes for each client interaction

  • Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly

  • Be knowledgeable of and maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

  • Work collaboratively with fellow clinicians, prescribers for optimal client treatment outcomes

  • Maintain up to date appointment availability schedule

  • Knowledgeable and responsive to the team culture of Key 2 Change Counseling Services

  • Advocate and refer clients to other resources/services when appropriate and indicated (i.e., trauma informed therapy, therapeutic yoga, holistic healing, psychiatry, DBT etc.)

  • Collaborate effectively with Key 2 Change Counseling Services team of counseling and administrative staff to contribute to ideas that optimally improve client treatment services

  • Maintain licensure through professional development

  • Secure professional liability insurance

  • Report directly to Practice Owner

  • Fulfills assignments as requested by Key 2 Change Counseling Services Management Team

Requirements:

  • License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW / Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology or similar fields

  • If you are an Associate level clinician (LSW or LAC) refer to Clinical Supervision tab
